Doctors choose how to respond and can pause or block future requests. Contact details are not shared with the MR through the request.
Can a medical representative request a meeting with a doctor?
Yes. Send a professional request explaining your purpose and selected products. The doctor chooses whether to respond. Meeting proposals and confirmations are managed in the conversation; a request does not guarantee a meeting.
Who is MR–Doctor Connect for?
Medical representatives and company teams can use MR Connect to share professional requests with doctors. Doctors review and respond from their existing Doctors Details workspace.
How do I create an MR account?
Choose MR sign up and submit your professional and company details. Create your password and verify your email to sign in. If your account is already active, use MR login.
Does a doctor need a separate login?
No. Your existing doctor login gives you access to PMS, Blogs, Requests and Conversations. New doctors can register a doctor profile first.
What can a doctor see in a request?
The doctor can review the engagement purpose, explanation, additional notes and the selected products with their supplied scientific information, benefits, warnings and supporting sources.
How are meetings arranged?
A participant proposes available times. The other participant can accept a time, decline or suggest alternatives. The confirmed schedule and subsequent changes stay with the conversation.
Can doctors control incoming requests?
Yes. Doctors can pause company requests, manage company blocks and update their request preferences. A public doctor profile or a shortlist entry does not give permission to contact the doctor directly.
